Health Care
ECF offers a comprehensive medical program currently with United Health Care.
ECF contributes to 50% of Medical coverage for Employee, Employee + Spouse, and Employee + Family.
Dental and Vision are offered as straight pass through.
If you elect medical, dental, and vision coverage during your initial enrollment period, it will become effective on the first of the month following the day of hire.
401k
401K program (participation commences 6 months after the employment date).
The company will match 100% of employee deferral contributions up to 3%. In addition, the company will match 50% of the next 2% deferred.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO is prorated based on your start date:
(10) paid time-off days 9 years or less of experience
(15) paid time-off days 10 - 19 years of experience
(20) paid time-off days for 20+ years of experience
